Ilai Elizabeth STRIEBY (Wilfred Jay, Jonathan Follmer, Joseph, Jacob, Jacob, Hans Michael) was born on 26 APR 1925 in Brooklyn, New York.

Before her marriage, Ilai was in charge of the photograph department for Commercial Advertiser. She later became assistant Director for Health Education Dept. for Germantown Y. W. C. A. She had a private pilot's license. Mr. Perry, an electrical engineering and science graduate of Lehigh University, was a member of Delta Phi fraternity. In 1967 Mr. and Mrs. Perry were living at Kitchen's Lane in Mt. Airy, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania between Germantown and Chestnut Hill.

Ilai married David DeWolf PERRY, son of Ward Tyson PERRY and Laura Jane THOMPSON, on 20 MAY 1950 in Germantown, Philadelphia Co, Pennsylvania. David was born on 27 NOV 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
