This Indenture made the Fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and fifty nine Between Oliver Watson of Williamsport in the County of Lycoming and State of Pennsylvania and Hariett his wife of the one part and Thomas Streby of Forks Township in the County of Sullivan and State aforesaid of the other part witneseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and seven dollars and twenty five cents lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened …offed released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien …off release and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his Heirs and Assigns All that Contain piece or parcel of a tract of situate in Forks Township Sullivan County and State of Pennsylvania Bounded and described as follows towit. Beginning at a hemlock a corner adjoining lands of Richard Rowe there South thirty degrees west one hundred and sixty four perches to a Beach sapling a corner there south sixty degrees west sixty one perches to a post there south thirty degrees East one hundred and sixty four perches along lands of Peter Sherman to a post there North sixty degrees west sixty one perches along lands of John Molyneux to the hemlock the Place of Beginning Containing fifty nine acres and allowance better some more or less it being a part of a larger tract of land of Said originally surveyed in the Warrantee name of Benjamin Poultney and the same having conveyed to the said Oliver Watson by the Commercial Bank of Pennsylvania by their Indenture dated the seventh day of January A.D. 1859 as recorded in Sullivan County on the twenty fifth day of February A.D. 1857 in Deed Book No.4 Page 358.359&360 reference being thereunto had will more fully and at large appear Together with all and singular the improvements ways waters water courses Rights Liberties Privileges Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Revisions and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and the estate right Title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said parties of the first part in law equity or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof to have and to hold the said described tract of Land Hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the Appurtenances thereof unto the said Thomas Streby his Heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Thomas Streby his Heirs and assigns for ever And the said Oliver Watson for himself and his Heirs Executors and administrators doth by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Streby his Heirs and assigns that he the said Oliver Watson he Heirs all and singular the Hereditaments & premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Streby his Heirs and against him the said Oliver Watson Heirs and against all and every other Person or Persons Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to Claim the same or any other part thereof Shall and will by these presents Warrant and forever Defend In Witnes Whereof the said parties to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals Dated the day and year first above written sealed and delivered in the presence of us Leonard Ulmer}
