Edward occupied the Streby homestead owned and built by his father Isaac.

Edward married Mary Frances CHRISTMAN. Mary was born in 1852 in Hillsgrove, Pennsylvania. She died in JAN 1935 in Forks Twp, Sullivan Co, Pennsylvania and was buried in the Reformed Cemetery, Overton Twp, Bradford Co, Pennsylvania.
